After you download Parts Tracker

You may need to download some additional files, depending on what other software you have on your computer. You only have to do this when you first install Parts Tracker. If you're just updating Parts Tracker, you can skip this.

If you don't have Microsoft® Access installed

Download the Microsoft® Access Runtime (free) version from the following Microsoft webpage:

If you have Microsoft® Access Runtime (free) version (2010 or 2007) installed

To ensure all Parts Tracker operates correctly, ensure your Access installation is fully updated. You can use Windows automatic updates by clicking the following link: Go to Microsoft's Updates Page
Note that the recommended update level for Access 2010 Runtime is Service Pack (SP) 1.

If you have Microsoft® Access version 2010 installed

To use trouble call charts you need to download an additional Office component from Microsoft. This is FREE and is available from the following link: Go to Microsoft's Download Page.

If you have Microsoft® Access version 2007 installed
